The transformation from Sakana Grill to Ponshu has brought a fresh, contemporary vibe along with an intriguing menu featuring standout dishes like the Wagyu Carpaccio cooked on a hot stone and beautifully presented sashimi and rolls. While the quality and freshness of the food are impressive and the service generally attentive, especially during quieter times, some items feel a bit pricey for the portion sizes, but the overall experience makes it a great spot for gatherings and special occasions around Crowfoot.
