I had a fantastic meal at Kwong Tung Seafood Restaurant in Victoria, BC, enjoying the seafood tofu soup, Black bean prawns, and shrimp and parsley dumplings. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the waiters were extremely polite and attentive. I definitely plan on returning for more delicious and affordable food in the future.
