I had to try the famous Poutine while traveling in Canada, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The fries were perfectly crispy, and the combination of gravy and squeaky cheese curds was just incredible. Sitting outdoors in the sun, enjoying this delicious street food with friends, made for a fantastic experience - I can't believe more people haven't discovered this amazing dish!
