Worst customer I've ever experienced. Spent $30 on food, and got home to realise they only put 1 fries in the bag when I paid for two. I called them and let them know, and was accused of lying because the "manager" that put together my order told her manager that she was 100% sure she put the fries in the bag. I can very honestly tell you, she did not.
The main manager insinuated 4 times that I was lying and continuously said "why would she say she was sure if she wasnt"... good question, I would be looking into that if I was wendy's. I left my phone number and told her she owed me an apology after she checked the video, I am still waiting for an apology.
