The meal I had consisted of pork with curry, sashimi, haricots vert, and vanilla soft serve with red beans - it was probably the quickest and tastiest meal I've ever had. Sitting at the bar allowed me to see how efficiently each dish came together, despite the crowded restaurant. The service was attentive and polite, making the overall experience enjoyable despite the wait.
