Arriving early is essential since it often sells out quickly, and while Thursday is a day they don't serve it, the Cha Sew BBQ pork and Fatty Skin Pork are exceptional offerings in the Lower Mainland, located inside the Richmond Public Market near a bakery and seafood booth.
