The Penticton one is so slow or they forget everything you ordered. When it's a long weekend or the weekend they should cook extra chicken.I phoned in said it would be 20 min. I get there and the order wasn't even put in. So had to wait another 20 min. Then the lady says some excuse and lied to my face. The pieces are so small I'll. Never go there again.

Went to penticton kfc just before lunch to try them again after bad food experiences its to bad the once awesome chicken and sides are truly gone for good

Worst service here. Stopped by to pick up the 10.00 special being advertised on tv. They didn't know it existed had absolutely no idea this was being advertised. Not sure who is managing this place but they should not. Don't waste your time here.

I went about 4 weeks ago and it was the worst chicken.The pieces were so small I could of put one piece in my mouth.I have never seen such small and horrible chicken.Then I thought give it another try and same thing they are getting cheap with the amount.Will never go there again.

YA WE JUS SPENT LIKE 32 BUCKS ON PENTICTONS KFC. LET ME TELL YA . THAT WAS THE WORST EVER . LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO.. YUKK; IT WAS LIKE A BOILED ALEAST TWICE . SLIMMY DIS CUSTING GROOSS. COLD SLAW WASN NT TO BAD. IS THAT GRAVEY. I THINK IM GONNA GO PUKE.
