Word of caution when ordering from pizza pizza.
Placed and online order, called to confirm it went through ok.
Waited a half hour and called to see where my order was, placed on hold for 20 minutes till closing time and was told there was some technical difficulties and told the store was closed. I demanded they make my order which they did, it arrived an hour later ( 1.5 hours late total)
I sent an email to customer service explaining what happened and was told that they sent me my order free of charge so nothing was the matter.
They did not tell me it was free of charge and I paid the driver.
I told them that I paid them and they would look into getting my refund.
Was told today that the driver told them they only received a $5 tip and that they couldn't do anything!
So they are calling me a liar!
Worst experience ever, be warned.
