Their app system sucks. Takes 20 minutes for the order to load (ordered at 1:15PM and they started making food at 1:33PM). Employee would not make my food even though I explained I was running late on my break and showed my receipt multiple times. I called security on them considering they took my money and were refusing to give me my order. After security arrived she got my order and started making it, called my an -ssh-l- as she handed me my drink and I told her I am proud of it.
Absolutely horrible service. I would could get fired if I ever did any of this at my job.
