Love the food but the service is always slow and one waitress in particular is very unprofessional! She swears and does not deliver good service! They need better help! Such a shame because food is tasty and not much else in Waterford!

I was there on a Valentines Day for a special set-menu. The steak was excellent.I'm not sure what the regular menu is but everyone enjoyed their set-menu meals. Live music was a nice addition.

Good is awful, service is slow, to expensive for the worth, rude waitresses the only reason I ever go there is because it's the only place to drink within walking distance

Never go back !!! Went out for a tour , stopped in for lunch , only 3other tables there and two servers that obviously don't work as a team , as some of the food sat under the het lamp for over 5 minutes, while one of the servers sipped at her pop. Was told our T-bone steak at 20 plus dollars could only be done medium, ordered it anyways and it came to the table well done , no mushrooms which the server assured us would be with it , no butter for the baked potato , took forever to get drinks , took 35 minutes to get 2 burgers and a steak, very slow! Staff needs to learn the menu , and learn how to work as a team.

Wow! This other review is just awful! I have a really hard time believing it. Swazzee's seems to be your typical neighborhood place. I moved to Waterford a few years ago, and I've noticed a big change over the last year. They've got a new cook who is chef-trained from the states.There are new bar tables and stools, and the back of the bar has cleaned up considerably. The waitresses are friendly, and the food has improved dramatically. I was there yesterday and the kitchen put out a pizza special. It actually had smoked bbq rib meat. It was awesome! I usually order a burger or wings, but I was glad I tried something new. I think this place deserves a chance.

Rudest waitress I have ever met. She literally spilled a beer into one of our group's laps (7 of us) and offered no discount, no appetizer or dessert to apologise. When paying the bill, I asked her why she would not offer the lady something and the waitress grabbed my arm and began yelling at me and told me I was a troublemaker and that I should pay my bill and get out and never come back. She followed me back to my table still yelling and the other patrons were staring and listening. She was then rude to the rest of our group as they got up to leave. Unbelievable. She refused a manager, said her husband was the manager.
