I recently dined at a charming little restaurant in Westboro, housed in a converted brick building with a warm, paneled interior and soft music playing. The Linguine Oceana with red pepper cream sauce was absolutely delicious, and we were impressed by the attentive service and cozy atmosphere. Despite the restroom being located downstairs, I would rate my overall experience a 9¾ out of 10 and highly recommend it for a delightful dining experience in Ottawa.
