I would give no stars if possible. I've been mistreated badly at this store twice in the past. I was actually mocked by the so called manager (which sounded like a teenaged girl at the time) they sent a complete wrong order and when I called to rectify the situation, she was completely rude to me and told me that they would not be sending the right order due to it being my mistake. When I asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manger and wouldn't give me her name. I don't how this place is still open with horrid treatment like this. It's a shame that there's no response to the properly filed complaint either. DO BETTER Pizza Hut or just hire better.

I made an early order of one large and 3 medium pizzas the day of my daughters first birthday. I had 8 children coming some of which would need to leave at 6pm.
I called my order in over two hours prior and asked it to be delivered for 5:15.
At 4:38 I got a call from their number and was unable to answer. It was a birthday party!! I called back and they put me on hold for 5 min. Again no time for that. I called back and told them I would be unable to hold and they had called me.
She informed me their driver was late and my pizzas could come at 5:30. I said that isn't good for us kids are hungry. She said 15 min isn't a big deal. And HUNG up on me.
I had to get my daughters father to call back and go pick up the pizza at his own child's birthday party. And she is a micro preemie so us having a first birthday was a big deal considering she may not have survived.
I have emailed customer service. Not even a response. Not even an apology from the smiths falls manager.
This is disgusting customer service and I will be posting this everywhere.
