Whenever I visit Winnipeg, I make sure to eat at Prairie Ink Restaurant in Grant Park Mall, located inside McNally Robinson Booksellers, because the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is trendy yet welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the menu offers unique and tasty options like the bison burger and mac n' cheese, and the combination of great service, specialty coffees, and the chance to explore the bookstore afterwards makes it a worthwhile experience despite occasional crowds and slightly higher prices.

I love coming here in Winnipeg for some delicious eats. The vibes are cool, and the Bison Burger is a must-try. The staff is friendly, and there are some unique menu items worth exploring.

Unfortunately the mixed greens in the beet salad weren't cleaned & the older leaves weren't removed causing a slight off flavour The feta cheese was also scarce
