On Aug. 28,2018 I was at your #173 store and table 352. I was given pesto chkn with1 shrimp. I was terribly sick after eating this and was confined to home until later the next week. I am hoping you could resolve this and maybe refund me my purchase of 22.93 and maybe a free pizza.
I am sorry this happened and the service was excellent #12. I had eaten there before and the pizza was great. Maybe one of the shrimp was not up to par. I have proof of my receipt if need.
