My current favorite sushi spot in Montreal offers a premium tasting menu that I believe is worth the price. The sashimi is fresh and the sushi rolls have a nice little twist that I enjoy. The Wagyu Uni sushi in the premium menu is a standout, with fresh seafood all around.
