When my grandparents had a cottage on Lac Louisa, we always made sure to trek into Brownsburg for Casse-Croute Le 200. It's a small joint that's usually bustling, but their poutine with tons of gravy, cheese curds, and fresh-cut fries is unbeatable. The staff are super nice and patient, especially with my less-than-perfect French. If you get the chance, definitely swing by and grab a bite!
