Open until the early hours, this establishment is a treasure for late-night cravings. On a recent visit, I indulged in wonton noodle soup and pork congee, both prepared in authentic Cantonese style, which transported me back to culinary memories. The shrimp and pork dumplings noodle soup and beef brisket noodle soup, still al dente upon arrival, showcased thoughtful presentation, with the soup served separately to preserve the noodles' integrity-an essential touch for any noodle lover.
