Starting early at the bar where bartender Christina skillfully crafted a new cocktail, we enjoyed delicious clams and mussels in coconut sauce, a fantastic bottle of Nagging Doubt Cab Franc, attentive service from Drew, and a prime rib special in a comfortable, welcoming ambiance with friendly staff; later, at Pacific Prime Restaurant & Lounge by the ocean during our Beach Club Resort stay, attentive service enhanced our meals including seared scallops, coconut corn soup, Caesar salad, honey garlic wings, crispy yam fries, and a delicious dinner of halibut, salmon, and prime rib, all beautifully prepared and complemented by excellent service, great views, and a memorable anniversary dinner capped with a chocolate flourless cake, followed by a satisfying breakfast despite a minor egg benedict inconsistency, making for many enjoyable dining experiences.

Starting our evening at the bar due to arriving early, we were greeted by the fantastic bartender Christina. Challenging her with a new cocktail, she impressed us with her skills, while the clams and mussels in coconut sauce appetizer had us nearly licking the plate clean. The attentive service from our server Drew, along with the delicious prime rib special and cozy ambiance, made for a memorable dining experience at Pacific Prime Restaurant & Lounge.
