review_stars 04/20/2021 - Rude and insulting
I am wondering if you name it Racism as well?
Covid-19 affected everybody and bar/restaurants are not exempt. However, people try to support local businesses by risking themselves to get exposed to virus by dinning out in outdoor tables and patios.
As a business owner, you should welcome everybody from any ethnic group and appreciate their effort.

I was a part of a group going to Cat & Fiddle for a drink and spending time.
Since the temperature was going to drop, I asked waitress if their outdoor heaters are functional? " I will turn them ON when you decide" said waitress. temp dropped and wind started, I asked waitress to turn the heat ON, she went to notify her manager. Manager showed up and turned two heaters located by two other groups ( both groups were local and English as their first language) and ignored us.

I asked again for heat, same answer and waitress didn't com back inside, another 15 minutes, I asked her colleague, she went to ask manager too, another 15 minutes passed , no result.

I asked again for third time, " the heater is out of gas" waitress said", I didn't buy the reason She ignored me when I said " there are few more portable outdoor heater and at least eight new propane tanks by the entrance" and she repeated her words " we have no gas, you can move to another table to be closer to working heater if you want"

Just you judge it for yourself, what do you call it rather than Rcsm?

Would you go to these places while they treat people from other ethnic group with lower service? this is insulting.
