While traveling for business, I savored a glass of wine alongside salmon tartare topped with caviar that delivered an exquisite burst of flavor, and the duck confit was a standout for its rich, tender perfection. Seated at the bar, I enjoyed warm conversation with the bartender in an inviting atmosphere where every dish, from the perfectly cooked steaks to the generous mussels, was thoughtfully prepared and complemented by attentive, seamless service.
