ordered 10 pc tender bucket with 2 large sides
ordered through skip the dishes....total price was just under $60
received small box with 8 tiny and i mean tiny pcs....they looked like the size of nuggets and they look like the bottom of the pan....been sitting for awhile....dark and hard to chew
the fries were totally cold
the delivery person delivered my food in a reusable shopping bag (thats why items were cold)
I called the store, and the manager (the person who said she was the manager) said she took care of the order herself and basically called me a liar....
said not her problem to contact skip the dishes
i did and the only form of communication was email or chat
I am old and blind and typing on a small screen is next to impossible
they finally agreed to a partial refund and a small credit for inconvenience.....that was the only good part of this adventure
my recommendation is to stay away from KFC on Ontario St in Welland.....overpriced, lousy customer service. I took some photos but not sure if I can post here....Such a bad experience for the overpriced food they tried to pawn off on me.......disgusting to take advantage of people

Don't waste your time. Get a road kill would taste much better and less oily

online ordering is a complete joke. wasted an hour online because they won't take phone orders - never did get to place order as I continuously got kicked out of the site or the order wouldn't go through.

Decided to pick up some KFC chicken for supper on Valentine's Day. Just awful, pieces were very small, coating was missing several of the original Colonel's 11 herbs and spices, have they lost the recipe? The chicken pieces were so small, we could only recognize the legs and wings., Everything else was ??????
