Ordered supper at 5pm, came at 7pm 2 hours later. Cold and missing half the food. Began to eat the sub and the steak was burnt and no cheese. The other sub was basically bread, lettuce and sauce no meat. Fries were horrible and old fries recooked. Called the restaurant at 7 they said they would get in contact with the manager and call us back. An hour later still no call so called them back again they said they will call the manager and call us back. Another 40 minutes later still no call so we called again. They proceeded to tell us that the owners wouldn't let them deal with it cause they were busy. Mean while 4.5 hours later unhappy customers who have been there before will not be returning again. That is poorly run business. 35$ wasted on non edible food.

Subs are great. Pizza, not so much.

Ordered Two Sub Attacks for 12.95 or so I thought. I asked several times If this was the total for both subs, The guy arrives and it is 30.95. Paid for it cause we were hungry. Called the restaurant to tell them and I got an I am sorry I misunderstood. The food was also cold once we got it. I will never order from them again.

Best food and service! The pizza and sub was superbe and freshly made. I can't wait for my next meal at Subbay.

I just called to make an order and didn't end up ordering listened to the lady on the phone huff and puff and real ignorant when I asked her what a supersub was need have better people skills if your working with someone who is going to spend money in your business
