This family-run ice cream shop has been around since 2007 and it's a must-visit for delicious gelato. The service is exceptional, especially from the enthusiastic little girl who greets you with a smile.

I don't even know where to begin.
The little girl...cute, but messed up our order , which is fine, people make mistakes, but because she messed up our order, they wanted to charge us an extra 2 dollars to get it right. After refusing to pay extra we asked for our money back, then they wanted to charge us for the cups they used. We refused to pay for something that was their mistake to begin with. The owner's argument was, she's a little girl, and everyone makes mistakes. True, but why do I need to pay for an order that was messed up? No proper restaurant would make you pay for a mistake THEY made.
We wanted to handle this situation like civilised people without making a scene, but then the owner told my husband to shut his mouth and mind his own business.
All in all it was the most awful customer service experience, specially over a couple ice cream cones.
Do yourself a favour and go to one of the other 5 ice cream shops on that block.

Went to watch fireworks in white rock, tonight, had fish and chips and a gelato, very nice, would go back very friendly.

you have to try the gelato, good stuff, friendly atmosphere.

I have been up and down the strip, and hands down this is the best fish and chips in White Rock, well worth a visit, great for families,funky decor.

great tohave some personal service , instead of some cold reception like most, I felt very welcomed and glad I did not listen to the awful review, glad I paid a visit would definately go back, I had fish burger and it was very nice.

Food tastes awful! There was mold on my fish and my fries were soggy! The lady wouldn't leave us alone and don't get me started about the kid. She sat at our booth with us and wouldn't leave us alone. The food took TOO long to cook and the only people working there was the wife and husband. NEVER AGAIN! Don't eat here.
