A friend recommended Beauty's to me so I ordered a pizza for delivery. I thought the pizza tasted pretty good until I found a small piece of paper in the pizza. Yes you read this correctly, I pulled a piece of paper out of my pizza. I called Beauty's and was told to call back and speak to Michael, the owner. I called back, but Michael wasn't working so I left a message with my phone number. I also explained that I was eating my pizza and found PAPER in it. I never received an apology or offer to return any portion of my money. I never received a call back from Michael. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Beauty's again. If the customer service had been better, I would have rated them higher.

Online ordering is a breeze, delivery is super quick, the pizza is awesome and I love the witty emails with specials. Not just another cheap student pizza place in C'bridge, Beauty's is the real deal!
