I've been to this location and the one at Dixie/401, and the Dixie one is way bigger and nicer looking. The chicken was juicy this time around, which was a pleasant surprise since the last few visits it was dry, and the service was great too.

I have visited both the Heartland and Dixie/401 locations of this restaurant, and I find that the Dixie location is larger and more aesthetically pleasing than Heartland. When the restaurant is crowded, it can be challenging to find available seating. Customers order their food first, receive a number for their table, and then wait for their meal to be delivered. Additionally, there is a self-serve area with sauces, utensils, and napkins for diners to access. The chicken options include various spice levels, and on my recent visit, the chicken was juicy and flavorful. In the past, my boyfriend and I found the chicken to be dry on previous visits, which deterred us from returning for some time. However, this recent experience was enjoyable, and the service was excellent.
