We placed an order with the dominos store on Cambie Road in Richmond BC and waited for our pizza to be delivered for at least an hour. We called the store to find out what was going on and were told that the lady who took our order didn't put the order through because she assumed we did not want the order, even though we gave her our address and were told how much the bill would come to. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager that we could talk to. Absolutely horrible customer service, especially when you have hungry kids waiting for pizza way after dinner time. Probably never going to order with dominos again and definitely will not recommend to anybody else either.
