While exploring Kitchener, I discovered Veslo, a cozy little family restaurant serving up authentic European dishes. The Hunter schnitzel was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and flavorful mushroom gravy. The service was excellent, and the overall dining experience was a refreshing change from the usual chain restaurants.
