The food at Simba's was truly exceptional, particularly the Blueberry and mango sauce that accompanied the dishes. I found myself curious about the recipe for these delectable sauces - whether they can be made at home or sourced locally in California, or if they are a traditional East African creation. The restaurant's unique blend of Indian and African influences in their dishes, as well as the warm service and attention to detail, made for a memorable dining experience in Vancouver.
