Awesome food borscht was amazing just like mom's

Food always good, desserts amazing and always a clean restaurant. However the service is terrible. There is nothing worse when you don't have a smiling waiter who makes you feel like its an inconvenience to be there. This has happened more than once. If we go back and the same person is working I would turn around and leave.
