Sad to see the closure of Paul Van Der Ree's legacy, the last of its kind. Wonder if it's due to skyrocketing rent or another luxury condo project in the works. The end of those amazing steak sandwiches, truly a loss for the Lower Mainland. The breakfast at this small cafe is surprisingly good, worth a visit despite the higher prices.
