During the donor drive for the Dorothy fundraiser, I tried a variety of dinners, including escovitch fish and jerk chicken. The fish was well-seasoned and crispy but lacked a sauce to enhance the rice and peas, which were underwhelming. In contrast, the jerk chicken was flavorful and memorable, while the festival served alongside was perfectly fried and a standout element of the meal.
