The dim sum here consistently impresses with its fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, especially the thousand year egg congee and quail egg siu mai, which blew me away. Despite the busy atmosphere and occasional wait, the attentive service and delicious variety-from shrimp dumplings to baked BBQ pork buns-make every visit worthwhile and memorable.

Went for a delicious 10-course meal and found the food to be served at a steady pace despite the Canada Day crowds. While the noodles were a bit bland, the fresh ingredients and authentic flavors made up for it. The dim sum, especially the thousand year egg congee and quail egg sui-mai, were standout dishes that I would definitely come back for.
