Customer service is my top priority, and this review reflects that. Shelby's exceptional assistance, going above and beyond to help me in a time of need, truly made my stay special. While the bathrooms could be larger and the pillows more supportive, the overall experience at this hotel was excellent thanks to the attentive staff and convenient amenities.
