love this food

We used to always make a point of stopping there breakfast and meals when driving to Regina. Meals and service were excellent. We stopped there two weeks ago and the mash potatoes were horrible , they were lumpy and didn't even look like potatoes, and the soup
Was Luke warm and had spilt into surrounding food. Was it a bad day or is there a new cook?
