On August 28, with Danielle as our wonderfully friendly server who offered great touring advice, we enjoyed delicious clam chowder, a whole lobster supper with coleslaw and homemade banana cream pie, while my husband savored local Digby scallops and lemon potatoes, all at reasonable prices in a simple, slightly outdated diner setting with friendly and efficient service, where the portions were generous, the seafood fresh and flavorful, and the overall experience was memorable enough that I look forward to returning when I visit Halifax again.
