During my 4-night stay at this hotel, I found it to be the first of 3 I visited in Chicoutimi. The exterior was visually appealing, the location was convenient, and the reception area had a pleasant ambiance. Although the rooms were comfortable, I encountered some challenges with availability over the weekend and ultimately had to leave. Despite this, the pool area was well-maintained with ample towels, and the amenities like the sauna and waterslides were enjoyable.
