I have been a longtime patron of Royal Chinese Seafood Restaurant in North Scarborough and recently discovered that the owner, Margarita, has retired. The restaurant is now under new management, but the menu remains consistent with the Indian style Hakka Chinese dishes that I have always enjoyed. My favorite dishes include Fried Stuffed Tofu, Manchurian Beef, Kan Shue Green Beans, and Hakka Chow Mein, all of which continue to maintain their delicious flavors despite the change in ownership.
