After a long day of travel and feeling famished, my husband and I had a mixed experience at Ric's Lounge - while the nacho platter was average until a shot of red hot sauce elevated it, the entrees were delivered promptly except for my husband's undercooked steak sandwich, however, the Monte Cristo sandwich and Kobe style burger were delicious, the cocktails were on point, the service from our server Andrew was exceptional, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
