Went years ago before it closed. Took 30 minutes to get a BLT and poutine which were both cold and soggy, an hour to get spaghetti and meatballs which tasted canned and the meatballs actually made us gag, and after an hour and a half I finally got my ravioli which was literally rock hard in the middle. The cook said they knew "those raviolis don't cook right" but still used them. I really really REALLY hope that anyone involved here has never gotten a job in the food industry ever again.
They refused to take the food off our bill and only gave us like $10 off. Scumbags
