Scorpio underwent a change in management last May and is now part of the Charm East franchise. The new fusion of Western and Mediterranean cultures promises a unique dining experience with delicious food, drinks, and Shisha. The establishment is currently undergoing renovations, and while the service was a bit sketchy during my visit, the food, especially the Cesar salad, was tasty and worth trying again.
