The pizza is simply 😋 delicious!! Extremely consistant which is so important. We couldn't find delicious pizza not compared to Montreal Pizza! THEN we found Jon's pizza...which was and is happiness in a box! I also really appreciate that the owner was and is so nice! He goes out of his way for his clients. Very generous with the cheese he puts and few are generous with cheese especially lately. I say 5*. I wrote all this and my husband seconds it! Brava

Everything has been great every time. Jon's Deluxe is the best. Delicious, hot and never takes longer than 35 minutes.

Terrible Service and incompetent staff. Have heard great things so have tried it multiple times, we've had issues every single time except one. Problems like forgetting our order all together and when we showed up to get our pizza instead of quickly making what we ordered they made us wait an hour then give us some random pizza?!? Also thinks like "oh were all out of cheese, haha sorry" on a FRIDAY night!
When we did get a pizza it was good but not worth the other BS..... Stay away

Wost customer service do not subject yourself to it. We were told to F --- Off ....girlfriend was called a f----ing B---h. All because our pizza hadn't left the store.after an hours time.We were told again to F--- Off, yelled at and told never.to call them again.Why ....because we phoned to find out where our pizza was. we had already waited an hour and a half.Only to get an employee to verbally abuse us.What a joke...an employee explodes on it's customers and we're told never to call.them again.! What a ridiculous thing to say.Of course we're never going to .Lol
