My wife and I visited the Okototks Mcdonald's at about 10:30 AM on this day of June 27th, 2021. When we arrived, there were very few people in the restaurant, and about 4 in cue in the drive through. Their kitchen had a full complementry staff of about 7 employee's. We went in and ordered at the cashier for 2 Sausage and Egg McMuffins and two coffee's. We were never put on the cue board. Instead, new people were coming in after us and ordering much more and getting served and out the door again. We waited and waited and waited some more for what seemed like an hour. There were only 4 other people there. When we did get our order,we received one sandwich instead of two and it was an egg and ham sandwich. I said you must have the wrong order. We didn't order this. "Oh no the one girl said, we have it on your receipt." They wouldn't show it to me. I said well the girl must have taken the order wrong! The girl kept trying to defend her cashier, but in a losing cause. I said to her, it's no wonder you still have a job! We ordered two of the same sandwiches and you still managed to screw it up! I had to remind them too, that we paid but didn't receive two coffee's as well.
This Mcdonald's is poorly managed, and staffed, and I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from the pigstye that it is!
