I visited a Vietnamese restaurant in Kerrisdale recently to try their veggie pho with veggie broth, which is vegan-friendly. They offer different sizes for the pho, and I opted for a large bowl. The broth was flavorful, not too oily, and paired well with the generous serving of noodles and veggies. Overall, it was a simple yet satisfying dining experience that left me looking forward to returning.
