The hand-pulled noodles here have an incredible texture, cooked perfectly with an al dente bite that makes each dish satisfying and memorable. While the ambiance is busy and the seating area isn't pristine, the authentic flavors, especially the lamb noodles and pan-fried pork buns, more than make up for it. Waiting a bit for your order is worthwhile because the fresh, flavorful meals truly deliver a unique taste experience that stands out in Richmond's food scene.
