Having frequented Bairrada countless times over the years, I finally dined there for the first time. A friend, known for her refined palate, recommended we lunch there today and I am grateful for her suggestion. The robust Portuguese influence in the cuisine contributes to the overall dining experience. The grilled Sea Bass with potatoes and steamed vegetables, complemented by Piri Piri sauce and bread, was a standout dish that I thoroughly enjoyed.
