The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a nostalgic atmosphere that reminds me of my high school days. The menu boasts an extensive selection of classic Chinese dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the flavorful crispy lemon chicken and the curry chicken over rice. Despite the cash-only policy and added gratuity, the quick service and generous portions make it a reliable choice for late-night comfort food.

I tried this 24-hour Chinese restaurant recently and it was pretty good, but they only accept cash and automatically add 15% gratuity to the bill. The food portions were large and flavorful, though the quirky toy models in the decor puzzled me a bit. The menu had so many options it was hard to choose, but everything we ordered turned out to be delicious and satisfying.

No.9 use to be good until they started jacking up the price. Unfortunately you have to pay for to go boxes now. I wouldn't recommend here.
