Just a block from Edmonton's vibrant Whyte Ave, New York Bagel Cafe offers a cozy atmosphere ideal for brunch. My recent visit with friends was enjoyable, featuring beautifully presented dishes and a diverse menu that includes inventive takes on classic breakfast items. While the service can be leisurely and the prices a bit steep, the quality of the food and the charming setting make it a memorable dining experience.

A little on the pricey side, but the food is excellent and the variety can't be beat. No 'standard' coffee, but it's good if you're willing to try something brewed just for you. Parking can be a hassle unless you're willing to use pay parking down the street. Small venue with limited seating, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. They may open up a private patio depending on the weather.
Service is fair, but food delivery is slow. Nice atmosphere to chat with friends and relax, once seated.
