The restaurant's food was delicious and reasonably priced, though the service could have used more staff to handle the busy front of house. Despite the workload, the lone server did a commendable job. Having lived in China, I have a deep appreciation for authentic dumplings, and the ones at Sparkles Northern Chinese Cuisine come close to the real deal. The hot and sour soup, various dumpling options, and unique dishes like pork ear and BBQ tendon showcase the restaurant's genuine northern Chinese flavors.
