During my visit, I purchased a compass day pass from a small team. Unfortunately, one of the staff members struggled to assist me with my TransLink inquiries, prompting the intervention of another colleague. Despite the initial hiccup, I was grateful for the kind and helpful employees at the Seven Eleven who went above and beyond to return my lost wallet, showcasing their genuine care for their customers.
