Our first experience at Lantern was truly rewarding, with fresh and flavorful dishes like wonton soup, chop suey, and fried mushroom rice. The Sesame Chicken was particularly delicious, showcasing the use of fresh vegetables without being oily or over-fried. Having lived in Hong Kong and China for ten years and sampled numerous Chinese restaurants upon returning to Canada, I can confidently say that Lantern has become our favorite in St Clements, delivering quality Canadian Chinese cuisine consistently.
